Dr. Raouf Rushdi, consultant of reproductive health and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “Egypt Health” Foundation, announced the launch of the “EHF-KICK” application.”
The EHF-KICK app is one of ACS company's projects. The app monitors fetal movement during pregnancy, as well as cases of diabetes, high blood pressure, severe obesity, and previous fetal deaths. It does this by asking the mother questions, which the app senses to accurately assess the fetus's condition. The app provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fetal movement. The app is being developed to send these reports to the doctor via WhatsApp for monitoring the fetus's condition and the mother's health. The app will also advise the mother on appropriate foods to eat and exercises. The app is free on the store and is available in four languages, including Swahili, to serve pregnant women in Africa.
