The tobacco epidemic is one of the world's greatest health risks, causing more than 8 million deaths annually, whether through direct use or secondhand smoke exposure. Approximately 80% of smokers live in low- and middle-income countries, which suffer from high rates of chronic disease and death due to tobacco use.

2- Obtaining training and participating in conferences organized by the administration.
3- To run for membership in the administrative body and to represent the union in the member state after obtaining the approval of the administrative body.
4- Priority in obtaining support, training, and privileges in attending conferences in which the union participates.
