Egypt Health Foundation, in cooperation with Vital Strategies, announces its desire to contract with an individual consultant or expert house specialized and independent in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for a project:
“Developing and supporting smoking cessation services” (a hybrid training program targeting 5,000 health workers in 5 governorates).
🔹 Main tasks:
Design and implementation of an integrated evaluation system (pre- and post-evaluation tools, training and management of 50 field observers in the governorates, data collection and analysis, and preparation of the final report).
